With iDEAL, you can safely, securely and easily pay off your online purchases. iDEAL is the system that connects you directly to your internet banking program when you purchase online. To use iDEAL, you don’t need to register, download files, or create an account.
If you use internet banking at ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank or Van Lanschot Bankiers, you can pay directly with iDEAL. You then quickly and easily settle into the familiar internet payment environment of your own bank. Pay like you’re actually used to.

PAYPAL Your bank account or credit card number is already securely stored in your PayPal account so there is no need to enter your details endlessly. With PayPal, you only need your email address and password and you can securely pay online within a few clicks.

MISTER CASH is the name for Belgian payment cards. With the help of a PIN code you can pay as a Belgian resident at various shops, petrol stations, drinks or other vending machines. In addition, it is possible to make online payments with it online. You can then make an online payment with Mistercash by means of the number of the card and the expiry date.

AFTERPAY performs the entire post-payment process for Shirts & Sweaters. This means that you will receive a digital invoice from AfterPay via email to pay for the purchased product(s). You can pay with Shirts & Sweaters with a digital invoice up to €150 if you pay for the first time through AfterPay. If you are already known to AfterPay you can pay up to €250.

To approve your request to pay with acceptgiro, AfterPay conducts a data check. AfterPay has a strict privacy policy as defined in its privacy statement. If your request for payment with acceptgiro is not authorized, you can of course pay the product to be purchased with a different payment method.

REMBOURS The same benefits apply to cash on delivery as with the regular parcel service. However, the payment is different. Cash on delivery means that you pay to the postman. So you pay at the time you receive the products. Please note! The delivery person can only hand over the products when you can pay the total amount appropriately and in cash. The cost of cash on delivery is € 16,-

Alle bestellingen die worden verzonden naar elk Nederlands adres via de normale post via post.nl kosten €1,99 .
Verzekerde verzendingen binnen Nederland kosten €5,75 per bestelling en alle brievenbuspakket verzendingen €3,25.
Bij de brievenbuspakket en verzekerde verzending ontvangt u van ons een track en trace nummer zodra uw bestelling door ons is verzonden.

Voor bestellingen naar België berekenen wij €3,75 verzendkosten en €9,- verzendkosten voor aangetekende pakketten. De levertijd is afhankelijk van Bpost.be en zal tussen de 1 en 4 werkdagen zijn.

Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor beschadigde artikelen of zoekgeraakte artikelen door PostNL of Bpost die via normale post worden verzonden. Voor bestellingen met waardevolle items of enige spoed raden wij altijd een verzekerde verzending aan.

Bestellingen die bij ons binnen komen worden binnen 24 uur door ons verzonden. De verzendtijd binnen Nederland is maximaal 2 werkdagen en voor België 4 werkdagen.

It is possible to have your order delivered to a different address than your billing address. During the ordering process, you can indicate this possibility.

Because all T-shirts, Hoodies and Sweaters are printed specifically and by hand for each customer, it is not possible to return products. However, if your order is not delivered as you ordered, it is best to contact us, we will provide a new product.

Shirts & Sweaters reimburses all payments made by you as a consumer, including any delivery costs charged by us for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days of the day you as a consumer revoke disearly moment of dissolution. The refund is free of charge for you as a consumer. If you as a consumer have chosen a more expensive method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery, Shirts & Sweaters does not have to pay back the additional costs for the more expensive method.

We handle each order with great care but it can happen that an item is defective or has been defective by shipping, you will receive a new item within 30 days of purchase.

Zolang de bestelling nog niet is verzonden kan de bestelling ( IDEAL, Mister Cash ) kosteloos geannuleerd worden. Wij zullen dan een credit factuur maken en het bedrag binnen één week retour storten. Bij Paypal betaling worden 2% kosten berekend van het factuurbedrag en de betaling wordt retour gestort zodra Shirts & Sweaters de betaling heeft ontvangen.

Indien u ontevreden bent over onze geleverde diensten of producten horen wij dit graag. Ingediende klachten (bij voorkeur per e-mail) worden na ontvangst door ons per e-mail naar u bevestigd binnen de termijn van 14 dagen.

“We raden je aan om klachten eerst bij ons kenbaar te maken door te mailen naar info@shirtsweater.nl.

Leidt dit niet tot een oplossing, dan is het mogelijk om je geschil aan te melden voor bemiddeling via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. Vanaf 15 februari 2016 is het voor consumenten in de EU ook mogelijk om klachten aan te melden via het ODR-platform van de Europese Commissie. Dit ODR-platform is te vinden op http://ec.europa.eu/odr. Wanneer je klacht nog niet elders in behandeling is dan staat het je vrij om je klacht te deponeren via het platform van de Europese Unie.”
